The Syndicate System governs the creation and existence of the Syndicate structure. Syndicate are a collection of characters for grouping party members and adventuring, campaigning. A Syndicate is formed by a 5th level or higher Character building a Clubhouse.
- Syndicate are privately built and established by a player character only, they are automatically Manager and cannot be removed from the seat. They may appoint someone else to the role at any time, and remove them at anytime.
