Rent

Inn & Residence and other business & structures can be rented should the owner wish to make some income on property they own and are not using. Rent is paid yearly (100 days) or several years in advance could be paid for. If your rent runs out you will be ejected from an Inn. If you don't pay your Rent on a Residence you will find you and your belongings out in the road and may be robbed of it. Farmland can also be leased but only by the year (New Years to New Years Eve)

Should an owner want to reclaim a rented property, they can turn off Rent and it will expire and the tenant will have to move or be forced out by the date that their current payments expire.
