Permit

A Permit is bought from the system using Gold Crowns, it can be purchased from any real estate office, as available. A Permit is required to build a NEW building inside a community. Permits are only available as there are a Deed for their type.

New Building

• PERMIT REQUIRED
• You are still required to buy a Deed from a community to squire the location for your building, if available in the real estate office.
• You must also have the in-game resources to build the building. [Brick, Lumber, Nails, Hammer]
• You must have coin required for construction of the building by a Architect

Old Building

• NO PERMIT REQUIRED
• Buildings may also be purchased in game from those selling their buildings in a real estate office.
• Deed comes with Property Purchase
