A Player can hold Citizenship in many Communities, they are established through the Government of the Communities. Having Citizenship can help with and in some times are required to buy property or have residence within a Community. This is recorded in your Passport, and be careful of Forgery. It may get you arrested.

There can be many levels of Citizenship and most Communities require an annual passport tax to have Citizenship. Others require more assistance or a quest to obtain something beneficial to the Community before you can be considered a Citizen and get your Passport stamped.

You can however, only have one Hometown. After all, you are only born in one location.
